About Aurizon

Aurizon is Australia’s largest rail freight operator, transporting 252 million tonnes of coal, iron ore and other minerals as well as agricultural, bulk and containerised freight around the nation every year. It operates and manages the Central Queensland coal network made up of 2,600 km of heavy haul rail infrastructure, and also provides a range of specialist services in rail design, engineering, construction, management and maintenance.
